职位描述:
1. Coordinate with HR, payroll outsoucing company for monthly payroll calculation and dispatch;
2. Coordinate with office admins and tax agency for IIT calculation and tax reporting;
3. Work with Group Finance and Group mobility to settle CGS and TER process;
4. Communicate with payroll colleagues in other countries for expatriates' home pay process;
5. Prepare/review monthly payroll related journal entries;
6. Prepare salary, IIT and pension reports for audit (internal/external) purpose;
7. Work with FP&A team to provide personnel costs for budget/forecast purpose;
8. Well control the payroll procedure to ensure the timeliness and accuracy;
9. Other Ad hoc assignment
Job Requirement
1. Bachelor degree, major in Accounting/Economics/Business Management etc preferred.
2. Good command of English both in oral and written
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
4. At least three years' relevant working experiences with multinational companies
5. Experiences of implementation ERP system
6. Internal experience is an advantage.
