职位描述：
Job Duties:

- Training documentation/operation/junior customer service for general import process and improving technical competence .
- Handle key account and special cargo (B.B. shpt, expo. Shpt, D.G. shpt,etc) import business
- Solving problem/complaint fm client/overseas agent/office/sales if occur and supervise daliy operation
- Accomplish team-specific job target in terms of department responsibilty
- Monthly report to manager and assist manager in management
- Keep in complete secrecy all confidential information received in the course of her duty from the Management of the company or other sources
- Under any circumstances, to give a quality image of her belonging to the DACHSER GROUP Enthusiasm, Professionalism, Straightforwardness
- Any others additional task and duties required by the Superior;



Experience & Qualifications Requirement:

？ Education:
？ College graduate or above
？ Experience:
？ More than 5 years working experience with sea freight import business
？ Language skills:
？ Fluent in spoken and written English(CET-6)
？ Computer skills:
？ Good computer skills(MS office software)
