Main Accountabilities:
MISSIONS
-Manage claims and product returns of the above-described sales area in direct contact with customers’ quality manager and under the coordination of KAM
- Involve him(her)self in customers’ meetings, under the coordination of KAM
-Carry out products analysis from field returns, claims and customer assembly lines.
- Participate and contribute to the set up and the improvement of quality system.
MAIN TASKS and OBJECTIVES
Customer Quality
- Perform analyzes on failed products according to existing procedures and processes leading to the determination of the origin of defects as well as the allocation of its responsibility.
- Ensure daily monitoring of packages or pallets entering the dedicated area of returned products thanks to a tracking file - with a view to organizing the treatment (analysis + report) within 10 working days max.
- Manage the service area: respect of standards with regards to stored pallets, stored products after expertise, waste disposal, 5 S.
- Contribute to improve and develop the quality department set of tools with the support of the OEM GCC.
- Participate to customer visits as part of performance monitoring quality and continuous im-provement.
- Perform on-site expertise (field returns or line rejects) and manage reworks, sorting of goods (if need be) for major incidents with the support of OEM GCC Quality Manager.
-Perform statistics from quality database for the considered market.
- Participate in the quality problems solving.
- Support returns and claims processing.
Product audits / testing expertise
- Carry out hydraulic tests, held in static pressure, according to Quality instructions.
Quality system
- Prepare, update and propose improvements of procedures, processes - procedures relating to the associated treatment of non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions, internal audits, industrialization, control design, continuous, customers’ oriented improvements.
Requirements:
1. Technical background
2. Rigorous, methodical, persevering, ability to team-working
3. Overall view + analytical skills
4. Electrical accreditation appreciated.
5. Knowledge of office software (e.g. Excel, Word, Access)
6. Fluent in English
7. Knowledge of problem solving method and quality tools (e.g. FMEA , SPC, PDCA)
8. Knowledge of methods and means of electrical measurement, dimensional and sealing techniques.
9. Frequent travel to customer (France or abroad): at least twice a month.
