Job Description:
? *Establish and achieve yearly sales objectives on international Key accounts
? *Establishes long-term, ongoing relationships with customers and their other partners and networks
? *Cooperation with global Key Account management team
? *Enlarge sales volume in assigned Key accounts
? *Quote and track per customer’s request and follow up the order
? *Analyze and report assigned regional market and competitors’ situation
? *Maintains up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that affect market
? *Acquires new accounts by researching and visiting potential key customers in assigned region.
? *Works closely with local and global team with identified actions and priorities to promote products
? *Supports customers efficiently together with area sales service team
? *Monitoring due payment and following up closely with Key accounts
? *Preparing sales reports, visit reports and market reports
? *Identifies current and future market requirements
? *Play an active role in organizing with positive networking
? *Complete all assigned training courses
? *Complete the other issues released from the sales director
? *Understand Automotive industry and OEMs requirement
Work experience
? *A mechanical/ electrical engineering background and at least 5 years field sales experience is a plus
Expertise and methodology
(Business knowledge, languages, MS-Office, etc.)
? *Has a natural drive to persuade customers after having acquired them
? *Proven ability to achieve sales objectives
? *Good technical background, experience in machinery marketing or product management is a plus
? *The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, quick to deliver and a team player
? *Flexibility is a must
? *Problem solving attitude
? *Strong presentation skill
? *Excellent communication/ presentation skills, both written and verbal
Other requirement criteria
(Personal related competence as social competence, management competence, strategic competence, willingness to travel, etc.)
? *National & international travel required
? *Ability to travel domestic (main part) and international (from time to time)
? *Ability to work independently
? *Mother language Chinese mandarin
? *Second language English, written and verbal is must
? *Familiar with Microsoft office tool to make quotation, presentation etc.
