- 负责软件开发领域所有的需求分析和技术评估；
- 负责所有项目管理任务，确保项目按计划实施，与客户沟通需求，分析解决问题，并对部门和部门之间进行资源协调；
- 负责整个项目周期内的软件风险和进度管控；
- 定期报告项目软件开发状态及相关数据，并对项目进行持续跟踪改进
任职要求：
- 计算机或相关专业本科以上学历；
- 有1年以上项目管理经验或2年手机系统软件开发经验；
- 有MTK/ Qualcomm平台开发经验，熟悉掌握软件架构设计开发经验，尤其在Android framework/ HAL领域；
- 良好的沟通协调能力，自我驱动，具备独立完成工作能力和高度的团队协作精神

Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead specification gathering, requirement analysis and technical evaluation at all phases of software development.
- Take full responsibility for all project management tasks, ensuring the project is implemented according to plan, communication with end-users, analysis and problem-solving, coordination of resources within and between departments.
- Drive project risk analysis and project schedule control over entire project lifecycle.
- Provide scheduled and periodic reporting of project software development status and related data, and drive continuous improvement of project processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related.
- 1+ years of project management and software development experience or 2+ years experience in developing software for mobile phones.
- Prior experience with MTK and/or Qualcomm platforms a must. Knowledge of software architecture design and development experience, particularly with Android framework and/or HAL layer is a plus.
- Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Possess a strong passion continuous improvement. Able to work independently but also highly collaborative.
