Responsibilities:
1. Work out sales strategy and complete sales budget according to company sales target of national customer
2. Manage to install system of kanban, ORSY or Refillo to all assigned national key account customer
3. Negotiate and sign contracts in accordance with sales goals from national customer
4. Manage to boost national customer's business growth
5. Write sales report including GPS, Sales pipeline, customer visit weekly plan and monthly plan, submit sales leads to up level manager, ride along with up level manager until finally get the order from national customer
6. Coordinate internally and externally for all services for national customer
7. Monitor account receivable on a monthly basis;
8. Aggressively achieve budget on sales turnover and profit;
9. Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives;
10. Compliance to ISO9001-2008, ISO14001:2004 & OHSAS18001:2007
11. Other works assigned by company

Requirements:
1. Colleague degree in industrial or engineering field (Not required)
2. Knowledge of relevant industry products, especially in Fastener and MRO products
3. Must have trackable working experiences and excellent working performance in project based sales/account management/project management
4. Prefer to have Kanban management experience (Not required)
5. Ability to travel
6. Excellent communication, presentation,Selling and negotiation skills
7. Proficiency in Office software
8. Fluency in English and Mandarin (oral and written)
9. Team work spirit
10. Self-motivate, confident, patient, responsible
11. Good health condition


岗位职责:
1. 根据公司销售指标执行销售策略,完成全国性客户的销售预算
2. 做到为所有全国性客户设置看板,ORSY或Refillo系统
3. 按照销售目标与全国性客户谈判,直到最后获得销售合同
4. 做到全国性客户的客户销售业绩的强劲增长
5. 填写销售报告,包括GPS,销售漏斗,客户拜访每周和月度计划,向上级管理层提出潜在销售机会,与上级经理一起客户陪跑,直到最后从全国性客户拿订单
6. 协调内部和外部的事务,以提供所负责的全国性客户的良好服务
7. 每月例行监控区域内的客户的应收账款
8. 积极实现销售及利润预算
9.支持及推动6S的推行
10. 遵照ISO9001-2008质量管理体系, ISO14001:2004环境管理体系 & OHSAS18001:2007职业健康安全管理体系
11. 公司分派的其他工作

任职要求:
1. 工业或工程领域大学学历(不是必须)
2. 相关工业产品知识,特别是紧固件和MRO产品
3. 必须在项目型销售/大客户管理/项目管理领域内有可追溯的工作经验和优秀的工作业绩
4. 看板管理经验(不是必须)
5. 能够出差
6. 良好的沟通,表达、销售和谈判技巧
7. 熟练使用办公软件
8. 流利的英语和普通话(口头和书面)
9. 团队合作精神
10. 自我激励,自信,耐心,负责;
11. 身体健康
