职位描述：

Job Responsibility:

1.Ensure to complete all daily operation work(确保完成每日店铺运营管理工作)

2.Achieve sales target（完成销售指标）

3. Customer relationship management （顾客关系维护及管理）

4.Maintain the visual merchandising and shop environment standards to ensure brand image（确保店铺陈列及环境与品牌形象保持一致）

5.Ensure operations in shop are in line with company guideline（确保店铺运营工作符合公司相关政策）

6. Handle customer complaints and enquires （处理顾客投诉及相关问题）

7. Help the sales lady resolve the relevant problems in shop（帮助店铺销售人员解决相关问题）

8.Stock management （库存管理）

9. Be responsible for relevant reporting（负责相关报表）

-Position Qualifications:

1. Min. 2 years experiences for senior sales or supervisor position（至少两年同等职位或资深销售职位经验）

2. Good English on writing and speaking （良好的英文书写和表达能力）

3. Good knowledge of fashion & luxury industry （对时尚和奢侈品产业有丰富的见解）

4. Good communication and interpersonal skill (良好的沟通技巧及人际关系)

5.Good customer service skills(良好的顾客服务技巧)
