RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Coordinate with internal and external parties for assigned tasks.
2. Assists IGM to trace key project execution status and the on-going business progress.
3. Assists in the business development, product information survey and market situation research and prepare the report accordingly.
4. Assists to follow up the projects assigned to IGM.
5. Summarize the actual commission contribution for the Financial Analysis.
6. Assist IGM to prepare the regular reports and project progress report.
7. Assists IGM for: meeting arrangement, meeting minutes, meeting follow up issues, travel request of the team, IGM MBO approval.
8. Assists IGM for schedule management.
9. Other administrative and business support, such as branch taxi affairs, commercial registrations, monthly payments to the services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor degree holder and business administration major.
2. Graduated from Top 50 Universities or Top 5 in the field in China.
3. Confident, excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and writing skills.
4. Good organizing and coordination skills and good time management.
5. Good document filing skills.
6. Good written & oral English.
7. Willing to learn, proactive and diligent.
8. Good PC skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
9. Can work under pressure.
