Objective:
Oversee all admin function tasks, maintain an effective admin team and keep effective communication in South China Hub with various business to deliver satisfactory environment to office.


Accountability:
? Supervise the admin team (receptionists, drivers and maid) for provision of reception, pantry and courier services etc.;
? Supervise the handling of all office administration and logistics arrangements such as hotel/ticket booking, stationary purchasing, document filing etc. and improve the company’s cost efficiency;
? Manage and purchase the company assets including office equipment and offices supplies to ensure that the assets are maintained in good shape and utilized in a cost-effective way to support business needs;
? Maintain a professional and consistent image by ensuring a high standard of cleanliness tidiness and professional communication manners in the office;
? Participate and implement company projects and activities as required, such as office decoration, company moving, outing, annual dinner etc.;
? Manage budgets, expenses and invoices for administrative function;
? Coordinate with external service provider, to ensure the quality and timeline of the service provided;
? Implement appropriate value added administration policies and practices to support business needs while ensuring office discipline.


Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
? A degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline;
? Minimum 8 years’ working experience in Administration area;
? High level English proficiency in verbal and writing;
? Mature and strong team leader style; excellent organization and coordination skills;
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; positive & initiative attitude with ability to work with colleagues of different culture;
? Detail oriented, multiple-tasking and able to work under pressure.
