POSITION OVERVIEW职位概述
Responsible for winning new programs from customer and Leading PM team to manage the on-time and in-budget completion of all customer required deliverables for these projects and is the main point of contact with our customers for the launch of new projects.
作为客户新项目的获得和项目开发过程中管理项目团队,保证项目准时,预算范围内,高品质地完成客户的新项目的投产运行。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述:
1. Cooperate with top management team to finalize all opportunity from customer side, align with internal team, clarify the real opportunities as the strategy, award these targets;
和公司管理层合作,根据客户需求,确定公司销售计划,获得新项目;
2. Ensure program measurable are met in terms of quality, equipment cycle time, cost and overall program timing, and control program costs
确保重大保项目在质量、设备周期时间、成本和整体项目的时间,以及控制项目成本;
3. Participate in development Company’s annual sales target and implement, responsible for management of customers and business;
参加公司年度销售计划的制订,并实施销售计划;负责所辖区域客户的日常管理及业务管理。
4. Organization and implementation of the relevant company‘s rules and regulations, driving business and contract negotiations;
组织落实、执行公司相关的规章制度;执行商务洽谈及合同谈判,
5. Maintain customer relationship; respond and drive resolution to any customer issues;
维护客户关系,应和解决任何客户的问题
6. Control sales cost, manage customer payment issues,
控制销售成本,管理客户付款事宜;
7. Responsible for manage PM team to ensure that a superior quality product is delivered by the Group to our customers on time and on budget to all aspects of APQP for the Design, Development, Validation, Verification, Testing (and on occasion Production Launch).
负责组织项目管理团队,确保交付给客户的是按时,按量,预算范围内的高品质产品,依照APQP的流程组织设计,开发,验证,实验及可能涉及到的量产阶段;
8. Has primary responsibility for cost management [tooling, capital, piece price, and fiscal performance, quality, and timing, customer satisfaction for assigns products and projects with PA and PM members.
负责管理项目成本人员和项目经理就项目的成本管理(例如模具,资产投资,产品价格,财务指标等),质量,时间节点,客户满意度,安排小批量生产等活动。
9. Responsible for supervise and implement of the company’s sales policy, collected and updated the information of OEMs and competitors’;
负责督促实施公司各项销售政策;负责主机厂车型数量及竞争对手的信息收集并更新。
10. Customer management, builds and develops customer networks, expand and increase market share, ensure achieve sales target and growth potential;
负责所辖区域的客户管理;建立、开发客户网络,扩大市场占有率,提高市场份额,以确保获取销售收入和增长潜力。
11. Commitment to continuous improvement and work place safety
要不断改进工作,并遵守安全工作规范.
12. TS16949/VDA6.3/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 awareness and adherence,
理解并贯彻TS16949/VDA6.3/ISO14001/OHSAS18001的要求

QUALIFICATION岗位基本要求
1. Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, 3-5 years Program Management experience in the automotive, 5-10 years for sales experience;
理工科学士学位,3-5年汽车行业项目管理经验,5-10年销售背景;
2. Thorough knowledge of AIAG APQP procedures, Quality Engineering, Supplier Management, Blueprint Reading, Advanced Measuring Techniques, Computer Literate, GPMS
精通 AIAG APQP, 质量工程,供应商管理, Blueprint Reading, Advanced Measuring Techniques, Computer Literate, GPMS等;
3. Knowledge of QMS (TS16949, QS-9000, ISO9001 etc), GD&T, QFD, DFM, DFA, DVP&R, VE/VA, DOE, DFMEA/PFMEA, Floor Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, Quoting Procedures / Contract Review
熟悉QMS (TS16949, QS-9000, ISO9001等), GD&T, QFD, DFM, DFA, DVP&R, VE/VA, DOE, DFMEA/PFMEA, Floor Plans, 工序流程图, 控制计划, 报价程序合同评审;
4. Ability to prepare and conduct customer presentations on PowerPoint. Ability to discuss and direct technical discussions surrounding Product Design, Casting, Injection, Painting, Assembly, Gauging and Program Launches.
具备准备和向客户演示PPT,商讨有关技术问题的能力。
5. Knowledge of molding, painting & assembly is preferred.
具备注塑,油漆和组装相关知识者优先考虑。
6. Outgoing personality, strong communication skills, public relations skills, adaptability and the ability to negotiate skills
性格外向,具有较强的语言表达沟通能力、公关能力、应变能力和谈判能力;
7. Good English skills, for some Asia customer, Korean language both verbal and written is preferred.
英文水平优秀,部分亚洲客户,韩语读写流利者优先;
