职位描述：
Job Requirements:
1. Monitor IT Servicer Desk SLA, manage daily operation quality, maintain access
rights, customer complaints, assets etc.
2. Keep abreast with Global or country new changes on technical solution
3. Support project
4. Deliver standard SLA reports, support operational team to proactively work on improvement actions.
5. Support product manager on financial related topics(PR, budget, charge etc.) as well as 3rd party supply chain management (PO, invoice, goods receive etc.)
6. Function as AP Assets Life Cycle Management process coordinator, ensure the process is followed, data quality is good.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Computer Science or Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in IT client services area
- Excellent English in both writing and speaking
- Problem solving capabilities
- Initiative to act on his/her own and to work under pressure
- Good communication skill (presentation, interpersonal relationship building)
