Sales Assistant
Dormer Tools Ltd, originally formed as The Sheffield Twist Drill Co. Ltd, celebrates its centenary in 2013. Today, the company is a key member of the Sandvik group with sales units in 25 countries serving over 100 markets worldwide. Its expertise lies in the manufacture of superior quality round tools – primarily drills, taps and milling cutters - in solid carbide and high speed steel.
The position would directly report to Managing Director, Location is No.4555,Yindu Street, Minhang District, Shanghai. We provide the shuttle bus.

Key performance areas:
？ Receive and reply to all phone, fax and email enquiries and orders from external customers.
？ Receive and reply to enquiries and orders from sales team
？ Order processing - verification (part number, price, quantity, delivery times)
？ Follow up on all quotations. Follow through with order delivery
？ Position related tasks assigned by Manager
？ Monthly AR/AP data preparation, courier paper printing
？ Monthly COGS input in SAP
？ AR collection tracking(BAD transfer to HQ/BAD encashment)
Your profile:
？ Two years related working experience
？ At least one year of SAP experience
？ Basic financial knowledge
？ English speaking
？ Bachelor degree with related major
As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and one with lot of initiative, courage and integrity and a business minded, result oriented attitude. You also have strong communication skills and can work in an English environment.
