Key Responsibilities:

· Understand the material manufacturing process and PLM program, support Head of Costing to maintain a reasonable and efficient system material release process.

· Collect and verify material information according to PLM system requested.

· Build and maintain Rockport material database in PLM system.

· Collaborate with Development/Lab team to release seasonal new developed materials in PLM system.

· Support US for system upgrading.

· According to DTR, update text fields in PLM twice one week.

· Download the test field list from PLM system and check formatting to ensure formatting consistent two weeks after 2nd Proto stage.

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

· Good understanding of PLM program.

· Good understanding of material specification and manufacturing process.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· 1-2 years experiences in footwear manufacturing.

· Database education background.

· Some managerial skills, is able to lead and motivate the team members

· Great skill on MS office application
