Responsibilities:
1. Communicate remotely with customers via telephone, collect potential customer information, prospect for new target customer and business, make quotation, close sales and order processing
2. Understand target customers’ potential requirements via effective communication, integrate all information and give feedback to relevant team in time
3. Pay return visit to target and interested customers to maintain good relationship and look for new opportunities in cooperation
4. Be responsible for quotation, management and tracking of purchase orders, inquiries, complaints and the application of sales returns
5. Record the phone call data properly, complete daily report, maintain customer information and documents filing
6. Make daily telephone visit plan and conduct well?
7. Other work assigned by the company
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in marketing will be preferred?
2. More than 1 year telephone sales experience of industrial products, has sharp market insights ?
3. Master the telephone sales process and skill
4. Flexible and be able to make immediate response
5. Excellent communication skills?
6. Good command of English in oral and written will be a plus
7. Problem solving capabilities, can work under pressure
8. Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation
9. Ability to work in a team environment
岗位职责:
1. 通过电话进行客户拜访,收集潜在客户的信息,寻找和挖掘符合条件的意向客户,并进行产品报价、销售以及订单跟踪
2. 与客户进行良好地沟通,理解、洞察目标客户的潜在需求,并及时整合并反馈至公司相关人员
3. 对符合条件、有意向的客户做好定期回访,维护良好的客户关系,寻求新的合作机会
4. 负责报价,处理和跟踪报价订单、查询、投诉, 申请退换货
5. 分门别类的做好电话记录,每日完善日报表,做好客户信息维护和档案管理工作
6. 据情况制定每日的电话拜访额并能良好地完成
7. 公司安排的其他工作事项
任职要求:
1. 大专学历及以上,市场营销相关专业优先
2. 一年以上工业品销售经验, 具有敏锐的市场洞察力
3. 熟练掌握电话营销的询问内容、方式、要求及操作流程
4. 应变能力强
5. 出色的沟通技巧
6. 有良好的英语读写和沟通能力者优先
7. 独立解决问题的能力,抗压性强
8. 积极主动,具有强烈的责任感
9. 良好的团队合作能力
