职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、 整体负责指定区域的留学咨询业务市场拓展，制定合适的年度和月度市场目标。
2、 负责建立管理市场团队并提供培训，制定团队激励政策，负责团队日常管理。
3、 负责设计有效的当地市场策略，指导团队高效的执行市场方案，完成市场目标。
4、 能独立进行客户的留学申请咨询，为客户提供留学方案，完成客户签约工作。
5、 负责客户资源关系维护，提升客户服务满意度。
职位要求：
1、 本科以上学历，有留学经历或从事留学咨询行业者优先。
2、 优先考虑有两年以上市场销售工作经验或市场团队管理经历。
3、 具有很强的人际沟通能力、判断力、决策能力、组织能力和执行力。
薪酬福利制度：
