Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1、Help define and execute sourcing strategies

协助确定并执行公司的采购战略

2、Develop and maintain a qualified and potential supply base to meet company's requirement

在达到公司要求的基础上开发并维护合格的、潜在的供应商

3、Patterns, Casting and Machining development, ensure project time schedule.

跟进模具、铸件及机加工的开发，保证项目的时间进度

4、Improve supplier's total performance, including cost, quality and delivery

改善供应商的综合表现，包括成本、质量及交期
5、Support other factions in new products development and project inquiry.

协助其他相关部门进行新产品的开发
6、Urgent quality issues solving

紧急质量问题的解决.
7、Other task assigned by supervisor.

Requirement profile:
1、Bachelor degree in mechanical Engineering;
本科学历，机械相关专业

2、At least 3 years working experiences in sourcing or project purchasing, technical background in foundry is a plus

3年以上采购或项目采购工作经验，有铸造行业技术背景尤佳

3、Familiar with structure of gate, global, check valves etc.Experience on foundry purchasing and in valves industry is a plus

熟悉闸截止等阀门，有铸件采购或阀门行业工作经验尤佳
4、Skilled in CAD

熟悉CAD制图
5、Integrity, self-motivated and good team player.Capable in problem solving and negotiations

为人正直，有良好的自我激励意识及团队合作意识，优秀的解决问题及谈判能力
6、Good command of English both in speaking and writing.

良好的英语听说读写能力
