Job responsibility:
1. Collect information & based on logical assumptions, perform monthly forecast of direct project personnel’s capacity for orders on hand and pipeline projects, improve the company’s working efficiency and bring transparency to management regarding personnel
utilization and capacity planning.
2. Monthly track written hours (including but not limited to direct project hours) to ensure correctness in cost booking, analyze the difference between actual & forecast, actual & planning.
3. Communicate with relevant personnel regarding capacity recording/controlling policy, adapt according to changing business needs.
4. Monthly monitor cost center cost, perform gap analysis and provide sufficient information & support to each BU and corporate functions.
5. Coordinate within FICO and other teams, weekly update cash flow reports, including project cash in & out, overhead cash out etc., evaluate the cash balance and make recommendations to ensure smooth business operation.
6. Maintain & improve current capacity & primary cost report, develop new reports based on actual needs.
7. Other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Minimum Experience & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree, major in Finance or Accounting. Good English language skills (both oral and written);
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in FP&A function, preferably in MNC. Experience in audit firm will be a plus;
3. Good understanding of business process with excellent financial & analytical skills, SAP system experience is preferred;
4. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
5. Mature & good business acumen. Ability to work under pressure;
6. Quick learner, independent self-motivated team player, detail oriented;
