工作内容:
? 协助综合设施管理经理、主管制定预算和预测
Assists IFM Manager / Supervisor in budgeting and forecasting
? 准确及时地向综合设施管理经理提交月度 / 年度财务报告
Prepares and submit Financial reports to IFM Manager monthly &
yearly, ensures the timeline and accuracy
? 分析各部门活动和数据,并向服务经理汇报,趋势报告和分析,
确定基准线和实际数据,以利于不断的提高客户和公司的利益
Analyzes and reports on all site activity and data as agreed with the
FM Manager, including trend reporting and analysis, benchmarking
and presenting data to support business case preparation to drive continuous improvement onsite for the clients and Sodexo benefits.
? 提交运营成本追踪绩效及活动分析报告
Submits monthly operation cost tracking performance and activity
analysis reports
? 与预测比较提交运营财务绩效差距报告
Completes Operation Finance Performance Gap Analysis comparing
with Forecast
? 协助综合设施管理经理完成内、外部财务和设施管理活动的相关
审计工作
Assists IFM Manager in Finance and other FM activity related audit
conducted either by client or by company
? 按时给客户递交服务费发票
Invoices to client each month timely
? 与客户财务部保持联系,确保客户及时付款
Keeps in touch with client’s Finance Dept. to ensure the timely
