RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate and assess potential opportunities and partnership with sales personnel on the win plan
- Review and scrutinize customer requirements in order to develop both operational and commercial viable solutions
- Take lead on solution development for new or existing projects including facility design, process design, manpower calculation, cost modeling, pricing and proposal compilation
- Support process re-engineering, re-layout and data analysis for existing operations optimization
- Follow the end to end engagement process to collaborate with different internal parties and articulatesolutions, assumptions and contractual risks in order to gain agreement with the stakeholders
- To facilitate customer meeting for proposed solutions and take lead on solution presentation and meeting
- Develop innovative and cost effective solution for warehousing, customs and transportation in working with different parties over the organization.
- Responsible for RFX and quotation response including proposal compilation, assumptions, pricing and contract terms, etc.
- Source and manage vendors ensuring both services level and cost are coped with company’s standard and requirement
- Support new project implementation including process, IT, facility setup, SOP, quality management and billing, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
- 5 years or above warehouse management or logistics experience and 3 years in solution design for contract logistics
- Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, customer-oriented and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
