Job Title: C&B Payroll Specialist

Report to: C&B Payroll Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage and handle the daily C&B related affairs and answer enquiry
2. Handle the monthly payroll and ensure it is delivered timely with accuracy
3. Handle the monthly and annual Individual Income Tax declaration; ensure all IIT are declared timely
4. Maintain the E-payroll system- Handle the social insurance and housing fund related issues
5. Prepare the C&B related report and conduct the HR data analysis
6. Assist in the annual salary and bonus review
7. Assist in the development and execution of C&B related policy & procedures
8. Other HR tasks and projects execution

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, about 4 years related working experience (in MNC will be plus), at least 1 years in payroll.
2. Must have solid compensation & benefits knowledge.
3. Familiar with HRIS and familiar with labor laws and regulations.
4. Fluent in spoken and written English.
5. Good computer skills, especially proficient in Microsoft Excel.
6. Good communication skills
7. Well organized and good planning, coordination & problem solving skills
8. Good interpersonal skills, Good team player
