Objective To accomplish project leasing and agency assignments
Accountabilities
? Walk-in and call-in reception;
? Clients prospecting;
? Retail leasing negotiation and documentation;
? Meet annual individual revenue target;
? Other daily operations;
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
? Proficient in written / verbal Mandarin & English skills.
? Strong personal skills in oral & written communication.
? Bachelor’s degree in real estate / marketing / economics is preferred.
? Able to work as a team member, developing respect and cooperation.
? Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
? Have a strong interest in Retail business.
