岗位职责（财务分析专员/主管）：

1、编制资金预算，为年度以及季度的全面预算收集并提供基础历史数据，协调配合各部门预算工作；

2、协调并配合各部门年度以及季度的预算差异分析以及预算调整，为各部门预算差异分析和调整提供基础数据；

3、编制月度管理用财务报表；

4、编制月度管理用财务报表；

5、编制月度管理用现金流以及各项财务比率变动分析；

6、协助部门经理按照新会计准则编制季度财务报表以及附注；

7、整理并保存适当的管理用财务信息为管理层和其它部门预算负责人提供建议与指导；

8、协调公司财务和营运软件的开发和应用，使之能满足各类财务报告所需信息的要求；

9、确保财务流程和内部控制得以持续的更新和执行，从财务的角度对公司的内控设计提出相关建议；

10、和日常运营会计部门员工协调工作，共享资源。

任职要求：

1、女性、年龄30-45周岁左右；

2、会计学、财务管理等相关专业本科以上；

3、有总账2年、成本分析2年、预算管理及分析1年工作经验；

4、熟悉金蝶软件及相关财务软件

5、有ERP管理软件实务操作经验，熟悉用友、金蝶等财务软件；

6、熟悉税收政策及会计法规；

7、具备财务数据分析能力

8、会计师资质，注册会计师及类似资质优先。
