Help Function Head drive robust company and executive profiling programs in China externally, and lead internal communications programs to achieve organizational excellence.
? Manage and drive robust corporate-level communications initiatives and programs
？ Global executive visits, manufacturing project
？ Executive Speeches and presentations
？ Thought leadership programs
？ Media interviews
？ Develop crisis/issue communications tool kits and manage crisis communications approach
？ Regular media relations maintenance
？ Support global initiatives local landing
？ Corporate branding and innovation initiatives
？ Localize global news, announcement, managements' messages, etc.
？ Global projects local roll out
？ Design and execute brand PR strategic plan
？ Cooperate with R&D, GA and Manufacturing teams to develop communication plans and position our company as a full-fledged innovation-driven industry player supporting Government to deliver on their priorities
? Strengthen company internal communication to engage employees around our culture and initiatives
？ Group-wide communications initiative local landing programs
？ Change management communications programs
？ Internal publication and platforms
？ Town Hall meeting
？ Regular communications letters and executive messages
Qualification
？ The candidate should be at least 5+ years of PR experience (ideally 7-10), preferably strong corporate communications background or worked with a multinational pharma company (agency or company).
？ Proficiency in English and mandarin speaking and written.
？ Attention to details.
？ A proactive solution seeker.
？ Strong independence, and ownership. Excellent in handling pressure and multi-tasking. Good team player.
？ Willing to work beyond normal working hours with prioritization of quality delivery before deadline.
？ Good media relations or knowledge of media.
？ Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
？ Excellent and proven track record of project management capability.
？ Degree holder in PR, marketing, journalism, English or related disciplines.
？ Skillful in professional PR writing, proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
？ With a can-do attitude, aspiration and passion in the job.
