Responsibilities
工作职责

• Review of customer complaints and initiate and implement actions that will permanently correct quality issues;
  检查客户投诉，采取措施不断改进质量
• Ensure that all basic maintenance and calibration equipment schedules affecting quality are established and then performed on time;
  保证为所有影响质量的基本维护和校准设备制定进度，并准时执行
• Review work procedures at a local level and control the change through documented changes and training to suit the local conditions;
  检查当地的工作流程，通过记录变化和培训以适应当地条件和控制变化
• Raise internal quality corrective action reports to corporate or local site management to address quality issues;
  向公司和当地现场管理人员提交内部质量校正行动报告，汇报质量相关事项
• Make recommendations to the plant manager on improvements necessary to improve quality outcomes;
  向工厂经理提供改进质量成果的建议
• Monitor site quality metrics and then communicate and publicize these to the site’s employees.
  监控现场质量要素，并告知现场工程师，与其进行沟通

Requirements
职位要求

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering;
  本科毕业, 化工或化学工程专业
• Over 5 years quality control experience in detergents or chemical specialty industry;
  至少5年在清洁或精细化工行业的质量控制经验
• Supervisory experience.
  管理经验
• GMP experience is a must;
  GMP经验者优先考虑
• Multi-lingual – proficient in English and the national language.
