Over the years, my client has successfully introduced the two leading international brands to Hong Kong and Singapore.
Job Description Senior Sales Manager ShanghaiThe jobholder will be primarily responsible for managing the business portfolio covering the Greater China market.
The incumbent will be in charge of managing and developing the existing sales team. As a business unit leader, this role requires the incumbent to develop and cultivate the appropriate customer segment for the profitability of the business unit. An important ingredient to this success is the management and development of suppliers and distributors by region. The dominant client segment will be facing with high-end real estate developers as well as industry partners from the construction and interior design industry.
Key Performance Indicators l Ability to cross-sell a luxury kitchen concept to industry partners and end clients in the real estate sector.l Cultivate business opportunities through effective relationship management of key distributors.l Maintain, audit and develop relationships with key suppliers, such as spare parts and logisticsl Structure business proposals and manage 3rd party contracts with commercial due diligence l Planning and prioritizing of projects to ensure effective leverage of company resourcesl Manage and monitor the sales team performance and fill in necessary gaps with training and developmentl Provide accurate business forecast to allocate and manage resources as a team
Candidate Requirementsl Graduate from a reputed university in business administration, interior design or engineering. MBA will be preferred.l Demonstrated minimum 10 years of sales and marketing experience in real estate, construction industry or services sector l Established networks in the similar sector of real estate and construction will be an advantagel Knowledge and appreciation of lifestyle products, especially in luxury setting will be ideall Track record in managing sales teams and leading business negotiations at multi-tier levels will be essential.\l Willingness to travel in the region for client and supplier relationship management l Demonstrated business acumen in a entrepreneurial environment.l Confident communication skills to handle domestic and international communication channelsl Maintain a sense of priority and time management in regards to production, delivery schedules and programsl Be able to work independently in professional capacity with limited guidance.
