Founded in 1995, our client is the sole distributor of leading luxury European kitchen systems in Singapore, Hong Kong and China. Selling the state-of-art appliances and built-in kitchen systems, our client's organisation and energetic team has successfully penetrated the Asia Pacific market including China. Today, the company has an annual turnover of RMB 100 million and continues to gain reputation for delivering the best quality in the industry.

Position: Marketing Manager

Key Performance Indicators:
1.General Support
- Provide solutions and ad hoc request according to both internal & external need (e.g. sales', dealers', business partners', developers').
- Controlling all tedious and admin work in marketing to ensure smooth operation (invoices/ financial system, stock system, folder and photo management, clippings management)
- Communications points to both principals, satisfying their request
- Conduct weekly marketing meeting & phone conference with HQ (in HK) to follow up all status in marketing routine and planning work schedule for all teammates for upcoming week.
- Provide guidelines & help them solve problems to all marketing teammates.
- Ensure everything produce by marketing is up to a highest standard and in 'trend' by going through all details, logistics, testing, proofreading, best sourcing
- Plan and help execute special projects
- Coordinate and ensure useful communication/ information from marketing is delivered to colleagues
- Managing budget to generate largest return and benefit

2.Branding
- Provide strategic direction and positioning of the brands in China, depending on local market pace, drawing a balance between international and local thinking, adjusting the planning to cater changes throughout the year.
- Sourcing different, new and economical ways to promote and adapt the brands in each market, studying the possibilities of every possibility.
- Planning and updating Madison's Corporate Identity, ensure it is in Sync between regional's need, the market's need and market trends.

3.Direct Marketing
- Developing and research on further action possibilities in direct marketing
- Coordinate database management

4.Business Development
- Finding ways to help promote sales of our product through special project cooperation, events opportunity

5.Public Relations
- Proofreading all materials that goes out to the public (press release, website, proposals, special write up for media, e-mailing, direct mailing materials, photos, contracts etc)
- Event Organizing - plan, organize and execute all small and big events throughout the years
- Media Strategic - plan and coordinate all the execution on all media campaign (no less than 3 campaigns each year for each brand in each region)
- Media relations building - special projects, invitations to maintain good relations

6.Customer Services
- Provide support and solutions, align and arrange meetings to related parties (logistics, finance, sales) to help solve problems case by case
- Setting up after service structure (routine, rules & regulations, pricing scheme, professional etiquette to customers, reports etc)
- Challenge existing working scheme and method that gives hurdle to after service team, trying to find new solution to improve to our goal, better service, shorten servicing time, less procedure steps, more economical
- Setting up NAV system
- Planning and guiding through special projects (warranty renewal campaign, customer service cards)

Candidate Requirements:
1.Graduate in business administration, advertising & marketing communications.
2.5 years or more in marketing communications, event organizing servicing corporate customers and business entities.
3.Knowledge and appreciation of lifestyle products, especially in luxury setting will be ideal.
4.Maintain a sense of priority and time management in regards to production, delivery schedules and programs.
5.Excellent communication and group presentation skills.
6.Good leadership qualities
7.Good project management skills
8.Good English, spoken and written; fluent in Mandarin
