Company Profile:
Located in Hirschau of Germany, our client is a globally-active, medium-sized, privately-owned company, specialized in water and wastewater treatment. In China, they set up a JV in Shanghai for conditioning of drinking water and service water within the framework of municipal wastewater treatment to the treatment and recirculation of industrial sewage.
Role Summary:
Responsible for waste water treatment solution sales in industries like Steel, Power, petrochemical, mining markets within assigned region, etc. Follow company marketing strategies to drive profitable growth.
Title: Sales Account Manager
Main Responsibilities:
?Do market research, analyze all the prospects and help management determine orientation for development.
?Identify business opportunities; jointly visit the potential sites with foreign colleague and decide on the best fit for company and the customer.
?Develop customer relationship and winning strategy, execute sales planto drive revenue growth.
?Ensure all opportunities meet our objectives for profitability, and assess the commercial and technical viability of the project. Determine and assess all risks, including financial, environmental, legal, political, etc.
?Recommend the appropriate structure for the project to company, including the need for local equity partners, structure of the construction contract, and O&M (operation & maintenance) aspects of the project.
?Ensure a smooth transition of all activities to the implementation team.
?Analyze competitive activities. Propose and execute plans for improving company's competitive position.
Qualification Requirements:
?5+ years sales experience (under age 35) in industrial waste water or relating industries, high-end technology experience preferred.
?Strong business development, marketing and customer relations skills.
?Experience with structuring contractual documents for construction and operation, including developing financial agreements.
?Excellent communication skills.
?Strong analytical skills- both technical and financial.
?Proven excellent track record in sales.
?Bachelor degree or above in engineering or science preferred.
?Excellent verbal and written English.
