Responsibility:
Technical Support
1.Review and update technical materials to meet requirements from sales team and customers.
2.Build and maintain technical and product application database to ensure technical support efficiency.
3.Field visit with network sales during pre-sales and after-sales to assist on expanding the business.
4.Onsite technical support and trouble shooting at customer’s application and give the suggestion on the solutions;
5.Focus on important segments / Niche product applications and give professional technical support;
6.Support to launch and popularize new products, support for the new application of products;
7.Implement Lubrication Audits to get improvements on maintenance cost savings through our solutions;
8.Organize and provide proper technical training to IO sales team and IO distributors.
9.Assist with the interpretation of oil analysis results for IO sales team and customers.
10.Give presentation to the national and local IO customer seminars.
11.Implement the action plan of technical Department.
Technical Communication
1.Communicate closely with IO Market / Product managers regarding the specific products information.
2.Develop and maintain a library of technical competitive information to be shared in the zone;
3.Feedback for the technical service programs to be more efficient for IO business supports;
4.Collect IO product, application and services information on the competition, and share internally;
5.Participate the exhibition, seminar to present TOTAL for image promotion in need.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical industry;
2. At least 3 years work experience in chemicals or mechanical, lubricant industry experience will be a plus;
3. Excellent service attitude, Adaptable to frequent business travels;
4. Excellent communication and expression skills;
5. Team work player, can work independently;
6. Fluent in English, technical in Word/Excel/PPT
7. Desire to lean and develop skill and knowledge base.
8. Willingness to work a flexible schedule and undertake business travel (more than 50% travel is required).
