该职位先在上海总部培训工作到明年中旬后转南通分公司工作。

Responsibility
1. JOB SUMMARY
To ensure that the right candidiates are hired for vacant positions in a timely fashion based on business needs.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
(1) To obtain requirements on candidates from hiring managers.
(2) To identify potential candidates using different channels
(3) To arrange and interview potential candidates for further review, including coordinate logistic/admin matters
(4) To select suitable candidates for further interviews by hiring managers
(5) To negotiate C&B packages with identified candidates
(6) To coordinate with Admin & Support and all onboard matters
(7) To identify, manage and review various recruitment channels
(8) Submit and follow up payment to job boards/newspaper advertisement /headhunter service fee etc.
(9) To conduct exit interview, collate responses and feedback for submission to C&B for analysis
(10) To manage the recruitment of apprentices/fresh graduates under scheme.
(11) To develop and maintain a database of talents.

Requirements
(1) Bechalor Degree in Human Resouce or related majors.
(2) Have more than 2 years recruitment experience in manufacturing.
(3) Headhunter experience preferred.
(4) Skilled in MS office(Outlook, PPT, Excel, etc.)
