JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Responsible to develop relationship with key accounts & grow assigned account package to exceed Sales target
2. Establish Account Plan & Strategy for each account to drive conversion or account share growth
3. Responsible for the planning & promotion of the key products and solutions ready for sell to key accounts
4. Weekly/Monthly plans to execute short-term/mid-term/long-term objectives established in the KAP
5. Establish & Maintain relationship at all level at assigned accounts.
6. Leverage internal and channel resources as appropriate to maximize account share and account conversion
7. Own Win Strategy Call/process for major opportunity.
EXPERIENCE
1. Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
2. An experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves wide range of issues in creative ways and effective ways.
3. Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines the process by which to meet goals.
4. Frequently interacts with peers and customers to gain cooperation of others or conduct presentations of technical information/project activities.
5. Networks with senior internal/external personnel in own area of expertise.
