职位描述：
Key Responsibilities include:
? Advise and developed ISO 9001 and other integrated Quality systems (acting as Quality Advisor) for a new manufacturing site through knowledge of corporate, industry and wider external developments.
? Support, co- ordinate and supervise the work of external auditors or third party consultants.
? Provide monthly reporting and analysis to management against the agreed Quality Systems strategy. Identify and assess business risks and propose/recommend effective processes and controls to manage those risks to an acceptable level.
? Provide reporting and analysis for the generation of the site Management Review Report and agenda every 6 months.
? Plan and undertake internal reviews or projects, in accordance with agreed working practices, appraising the relevant risks, processes and controls to identify opportunities for improvements to the effectiveness and efficiency of Quality.
? Advise and agree improvement action plans with responsible leadership and external auditors where required, reporting the outcomes to appropriate leaders. Monitor the delivery of agreed actions by process owners.
? Advise and support site Leadership Teams in all Quality System matters. Devise and implement specific tools, processes and interventions (including risk management frameworks, audit methodologies and structures) appropriate to/for the business area(s) in question.
? Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, to raise awareness, influence process change, drive continuous improvement and the adoption of best practice, and external stakeholders to enable achievement of business objectives.

? Hold relevant compliance qualifications and have at least 2 years experience

1.质量管理体系建立与维护，组织各相关部门编制并修订质量管理体系文件，根据实际运行情况，不断对流程进行优化调整；
2.管理评审组织，筹备管理评审会议，收集管理评审输入资料、编制管理评审报告；
3.内部审核策划，负责编制年度内审计划，并根据年度内审计划策划具体内审安排，并组织实施内部审核，编制内审报告、对内审过程中发现的不合格事项进行结案追踪；
4.外部审核协调，负责外审联络、信息传达、组织各相关部门做好迎审工作，并组织责任部门针对审核结果进行整改并进行追踪确认；
5.质量培训，策划质量管理体系的培训，并根据培训计划组织相应的培训，提高员工的质量意识；
6.负责CE、UL等国际认证资料筹备及提交，协同内外部人员进行相关认证的注册审核；
7.负责收集、更新国内外法规标准及公司宣贯；

任职资格：
1、大学本科及以上学历
2、2年以上质量管理体系工作经验，有执行力与推动力；
3、具有内审员资格，精通ISO9000等质量管理体系知识；
4、了解 并熟悉CE、UL等注册、认证流程，并具备实际操作经验
