Production Manager (m/f)

Your tasks include:
职责范围如下：
- Leading and organizing a team of up to 30 employees in our production and warehouse
- 负责领导30名生产及仓库人员
- Controlling our complete bicycle assembling line and workshop with daily focus on quality and on-time delivery
- 负责控制完整的自行车装配生产线及车间日常质量管理并负责及时交货
- Continuously improve the processes in our assembling line and create SOP documents
- 负责持续改善装配生产线的流程并创建SOP文件
- On-site training for new workers, as well as continuously developing our production team´s skills and qualifications.
- 负责现场新员工的培训以及持续提高生产团队的技能和职业技能
- Being responsible for discipline, cleanness and organization in the factory
- 负责工厂纪律，整洁度和有序的日常管理
- Select and purchase devices, tools and other necessary equipment to improve quality and increase output
- 负责必要设备的采购以持续提供产品质量并提高产能
Our requirements are:
任职要求如下：
- Several years job experience in leading assembling line or workshop or in the bicycle related field.
- 数年自行车领域装配生产线或车间管理经验；
- Chinese native (fluent in Mandarin) and good command of English in both written and oral to communicate with your team leader in China
- 流利的英语交流水平（良好的口语交际和书面表达能力）；经验丰富者可适当降低语言水平（与外籍无障碍交流）；
- College graduate or above
- 大学本科以上学历；
- Competent in using MS Office applications
- 熟练的计算机操作水平（MS Office）；
- Personally interested in the bicycle sector, its sport, lifestyle and industry
- 热爱自行车行业，热爱体育运动和相关产业者优先考虑；
- Strong quality consciousness and always keen to improve processes, products and own capabilities
- 具有较强的质量管理意识和持续改善质量管理流程和精益产品提升者优先考虑；
