职位描述：
1. Purpose of the job:
- Assists from a quality assurance point of view in the selection and qualification process of suppliers and monitors their adherence to the imposed quality standards
- Assists from a quality point of view in validation : Handle nonconformity parts and deviations of supplier trace the result of suppliers corrective actions.
2. Job Responsibilitied:
2.1 major accountability -- New supplier development
Contributes to the qualification and selection process of potential suppliers by
- analysing and judging the quality assurance system of the potential suppliers
 - evaluating the potential supplier’s production systems
Evaluates the potential supplier’s production (manufacturing & assembly) systems and judges whether these
systems are able and capable to guarantee a supply of goods (raw material, components) according to the Companies requirements.
2.2 major accountability -- New product development
- New supplier quality assurance system assessment with purchasing during new supplier selection
- Quality syster and ZF quality special requirement (QR83 & 8D)training for new suplier
- APQP planning for supplier (including supplier control plan,FMEA,and operation instruction review )
- On-site monitoring for prototypes making
-Validate the quality inspection for prototypes in supplier's site
- ISIR document correcton with supplier
- Supplier PPAP process review, release and status updating
- Supplier process audit regular before PPAP approved
2.3 Major accountability -- Quality problem monitor
- Responsible for handling nonconformity parts and analyses deviations.
- Follows up supplier quality problems and quality performance in feedback loops
- Suplier action plan of quality problem setting up (e.g.8D) and tracking ,communicate with supplier and ensure timely closure and its effectiveness
- support supplier charge back to recove cost of quality associated with poor performance and other cost as applicable
- Communicate quality targer agreement with supplier and monitoe their progress
- Regularly KPI report of supplier quality issue ,analysis supplier porformance and efficiency through monthly KPI performance in conjunction with divisional supplier quality engineer
- support to determine component characteristic to be inspected and create receiving inspection plan
- Supplier process audit in VDA6.3 performance
3 preferred skills and required experience
- 8-10 Years of experience in supplier development/quality assurance of castings or working with quality assurance/control of foundry.
- Particularly experienced with Iron Casting Material (preferably in Wind Business)
- Ability to work in cross-functional, global team invironment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
- Fluent in English
- Ability to cope with multiple complex situation daily
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Negotiation skills
4. Education skills and ability
Engineering degree on Material Science or equivalent (Foundry technology /Metallurgy / Welding technology) 举报 分享
