职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
The Main responsibilities of this position includes but not limits to the following

1.Should provide the help and suggestions when suppliers and forwarders meet some doubts or urgencies regarding EEM system.

2.If supplier meet some issues regarding the delivery - such as making some revisions in EEM , should discuss with the related forwarder and solve it together with HQ.

3.Should work in EEM system everyday to check if any mistake happened and if yes, should solve it or ask ( Proxy ) Dept Supervisor & HQ's for kind help.

4.Should check in EEM system if suppliers have created ACY events for FCL shpts and if not, should push them to finish it.

5.Should create LPN Quality Report every week on the basis of photoes provided by HQ and presented the report to (Proxy) Dept Supervisor and QC Dept. so that to improve supplier's performance in LPN labeling field.

6.Should present PO & shpt Report to ( Proxy ) Dept Supervisor every Friday which indicating suppliers' actual shipping situation and the related performance in EEM.

7. Should be responsible for arranging EEM training/Logistics Meeting for suppliers every season under the help from (Proxy) Dept Supervisor and together with other EEM members' support
1) Invite new suppliers to join the training/meeting, and check for attendance
2) Be responsible for preparation of the training/meeting together with all members in Logistics, such as schedule arranging, material printing & binding and PPT preparation etc.
3) Be responsible for after-meeting follow up issues and coaching suppliers till they can offically start to hand EEM system for bulk production.

8.Have to cooperate with all depts in China offices, Import Dept and Logistics Dept in HQ

9.Other works assigned by manager

Requirements:

1． English Level - 6 with fluent English speaking skill
2． Familiar with MS software
3． 1-2 years of logistics related working experience
4． Junior college or above degree, logistics related major or training experience will be a plus
5． Logistics related certificates would be a plus, like Customs Declarer Certificate
6． should have team spirit, be patient, careful and cautious for daily work, and also should be good at language expression

工作职责：
该职位包括但不仅限于以下职责：

1.当供应商或货代在EEM系统中遇到疑问或者问题，提供帮助和建议。

2.如果供应商在交货中产生若干问题 - 例如需要在EEM中做一些修改，和相关货代讨论后与总部共同解决问题。

3.每天在EEM系统中检查是否有错误出现，如有应尽快处理或者寻求主管和总部的帮助。

4.须检查供应商是否有在EEM中为整柜的货物创建ACY备注，如果供应商没有创建，应督促他们完成。

5.每周根据总部提供的照片完成LPN质量报告并提交给主管和QC部门，以此提升供应商在LPN中的执行力。

6.须在每周五向部门主管提交包含供应商实际出货情况和在EEM系统中相关进展的PO和SHPT报告。

7.每一季度，在主管和其他EEM成员的帮助支持下，负责安排供应商的EEM培训/物流会议。
1) 邀请新供应商参加培训/会议，检查出席。
2) 和物流部所有成员，共同为培训/会议做准备，比如日程安排，材料的打印和装订，PPT展示等等。
3) 负责会后跟进和指导供应商直至供应商正式开始使用EEM系统处理批量生产。

8.与所有在中国办事处的部门,总部的进口部门和物流部门通力协作。

9.领导交代的其他工作。

要求：
1.CET-6，英文口语流利
2.可熟练操作 MS software
3.1至2年物流相关工作经历
4.大专及以上学历，物流相关专业或有物流相关培训经验的优先考虑
5.有物流相关证书优先考虑，例如报关员证
