职位描述：
岗位职责
1.       Communicate with customers for booking and transportation details.
2.       Communicate with shipping companies or forwarders for vessel booking, B/L issuing, etc.
3.       Process & handle related sheets, documents, and data.
4.       Coordinate & solve customer query, complaints, disputes, etc.
5.       Other works that may be assigned.
 
Qualifications:
1.       Bachelor’s degree or above, shipping or international trade majors;
2.       More than 2 years of shipping related experience; familiarity with shipping market preferred;
3.       Familiar with import/export order and freight processing, capable of handling freight papers and documents;
4.       Good English speaking, listening, reading and writing skills; familiar with Microsoft Office.
5.       Good personality, detail-oriented, good communication skills and a good team member. 举报 分享
