职位描述：
1、Initiate development of Color category strategy with full of analysis & understanding of consumer, competitor, internal business to ensure category achievement in revenue, market share, brand awareness & likeness KPIs
2、Work with regional team to identify CN needs and align on long term strategy on detail portfolio management including 3 different price tiers
3、Develop category plan and ensure flawless execution
4、 Work with cross functions with smooth communication
5、 Team member coaching & demonstration
6、Brand / segment analysis in terms of brand healthiness tracking, post launch evaluation, portfolio competitiveness to support strategies initiation
7、Brand communication / promotion / launch planning & execution
8、Consumer & competitor understanding by research and competitor study

Job Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor degree with major in economics, or marketing / sales
- At least 8 years working experience in FMCG/ consulting, with Product management/ marketing/ trade marketing background
- Strong ability of team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory), and good working knowledge on office system. Able to deliver clear and concise message. 举报 分享
