Job Title:Senior Finance Manager
Report To: Financial Controller (‘FC’), East China
Location: Shanghai, China
Accountabilities
？ Assist budgeting, forecasting and analysis activities
？ Processes improvement (eg. Finance process and procedures) to achieve Best In Class
？ Participate in incentive design & reviews and any ad-hoc projects as assigned
？ An active business partner & an efficient in-house Finance team player
Duty & Responsibility
？ Budgeting, forecast and operating reviews;
？ Assist in communicating clear timelines, ownership, objectives and guidelines
？ Assist in organizing business reviews between Business Heads and Finance teams
？ Consolidate, review and analyze submitted financials for East China
？ Support quarterly reviews and annual budget review with Greater China
？ Prepare capital expenditure business cases e.g. space requirements, opening of new cities, and etc.
？ Play an important role in Finance Technology projects
？ Organize Finance workshop and internal trainings.

Required Qualifications & Experience
？ More than 10 years of experience in finance roles, including a financial planning and analysis function
？ Accounting or Finance degree or equivalent
？ Prior experience working in Big 4, US MNC and/or dynamic environment, preferably in professional service industry
？ High proficiency with excel and power-point
？ Proficient in English, both writing and speaking
？ Ideally with working knowledge of Finance system applications e.g. Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Enterprise, PeopleSoft, Cognos, or TM1
？ Extensive understanding of cooperate financial management knowledge;
Personality traits
？ Excellent organizational skills; Excellent team player
？ Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work within tight deadlines
？ Strong communications and influencing skills
？ Energy and passion to deliver results in a fast-paced, matrix-driven environment
？ Hands on with attention to detail, accuracy and accountability
？ Able to work with ambiguity and within a fluid and large organization structure
？ Able to work under multi-culture business environment
