Responsibilities:
1. Consistently achieve revenue targets within identified corporate customers by establishing effective relationships, developing and negotiating frame contracts to position RS as a preferred supplier
2. Shape and define new opportunities, applying solution/discipline and manage the execution
3. Develop effective Account Development & Compliance plans with short, medium and long term objectives to exceed portfolio sales/growth targets
4. Use financial and Customer data to analyse and drive compliance to preferential terms/service level agreements/contracts and ensure profitability
5. Arrange, prepare and manage effective meetings with pre-determined goals and objectives to benefit both RS and the Customer
6. To identify Customer needs and work with multi-functional teams to develop the profitable integration of relevant value added services with business operations
7. Implement e-commerce solutions and drive channel compliance within corporate customers
8. Prepare regular reporting data/management summaries

Requirments:
1 Bachelor degree or equivalent business experience
2 Minimum 5 years experience of Account Management or Strategic Business Development and proven sales track record in technical/solution/service B2B industries
3 Excellent understanding of the importance of cultural awareness and experience in managing these complexities across borders
4 Financial and business awareness with good numerical and analytical skills
5 Outstanding communicator, able to rapidly build and sustain relationships at all levels within the organization based on trust and consistent delivery to expectations
6 Evidence of the ability to create, implement and roll out strategic account planning and relationship development strategies
7 Energetic and enthusiastic team player, quick to grasp new concepts, with a can do approach to challenges
8 Strong written and verbal English and Mandarin language skills
9 Decent Microsoft Office skills
10 Understanding of e-commerce B2B solutions and procurement is a plus
