Accountabilities：
? Ensure providing quality Property Management Service delivery to site projects;
? Make sure all internal compliance are applied in all site management office;
? Responsible for project transition and termination, including budgeting, team setup and training;
? Responsible for the consultancy reports for the consulting projects;
? Develop new business as required.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience：
? Minimum 8 years' experiences in operation of Property management services of commercial buildings
? Previous experience in property management and supervision of a team at site will be preferred
? Solid experience in trouble-shooting of the Property management services of commercial building to ensure that the works will fulfill all functional, operational and quality requirements
? Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point computer skills must be literate
? Initiative and disciplined
? Good communication and leadership skills
