职位描述：
1. Purpose of the job
As an Occupational Health Safety and Environmental Protection Officer, you have the right to report directly to the plant manager who is responsible for environmental protection, occupational health and safety. You also support the plant manager on matters concerning occupational health and safety of employees, environmental protection.
2. Major accountabilities
To ensure and continuously improve EHS management at plant in accordance with legal and ZF Group requirements.
Main Duties, Rights and Obligations concerning environmental protection：

？ Develop and maintain plant specific environmental related requirements in line with legal requirements and ZF Group requirements, communicate with responsible departments and supervise the implementation processes.
？ Maintain as the contact with local authorities and assist departments with environmental permit and approval process, such as environmental impact assessment approval, pollutants discharge permit, etc.
？ Introduce, maintain and further develop environmental management system and its certification as part of ZF Corporate Certification Scheme, if applicable.
？ Provide expert advice on planning, procurement and operation of environmental facilities, equipment, etc.
？ Lead the risk assessment processes, work together with related departments to identify environmental risk in the plant and make prevention and control measures accordingly.
？ Conduct necessary trainings to enhance employee’s awareness.
？ Participate in the introduction / development of environmentally friendly processes / products.
？ Conduct regular environmental inspections or audits, support the responsible departments to investigate the causes, monitor and track the implementation of the corrective and preventive measures.
？ Be the first contact person regarding environmental issues for the plant, communicate and report related KPIs, data, and other information to plant manager, Regional or Corporate EHS Department as required (e.g. ERIS+ report).

Main Duties, Rights and Obligations concerning health and safty protection：

？ Develop and maintain plant specific occupational health and safety related requirements in line with legal requirements and ZF Group requirements communicate with responsible departments and supervise the implementation processes.
？ Maintain as the contact with local authorities and assist departments with occupational health and safety permit and approval process, such as occupational health and safety assessment approval, occupational hazards registration, etc.
？ Introduce, maintain and further develop occupational health and safety management system and its certification as part of ZF Corporate Certification Scheme, if applicable.
？ Provide expert advice in the following processes:
- planning, procurement and operation of machines, equipment and other facilities,
- the selection and acceptance of personal protection equipment,
- plant layout, workflow, working environment and other issues of ergonomics,
- Introduction of hazardous materials.
？ Lead the risk assessment processes, work together with related departments to identify occupational health and safety risk throughout the working processes and make prevention and control measures accordingly.
？ Conduct necessary occupational health and safety trainings to enhance employee’s awareness.
？ Provide technical support in the accident investigation process, determine together with line managers on root causes and corrective measures for prevention.
？ Conduct regular safety inspections or audits, support the responsible departments to find out the causes, monitor and track the implementation of the corrective and preventive measures.
？ Be the first contact person regarding occupational health and safety issues for the plant, communicate and report related KPIs, data, and other information to plant manager, Regional or Corporate EHS Department as required.

3. Behavioural Competencies & Skills
        Strong communication & coordination skill, and teamwork spirit.
4. Technical Competencies & Skills
- Good knowledge of Chinese national safety regulations, fire prevention, environmental protection
- English skill both oral and writing.
5. Expertise
- Education with background in Environment science or Safety Engineering.
