工作地点位于嘉兴，报酬面议，男女不限；
Responsibilities:
1.Support daily operations within Planning team and support site activities related to planning tasks to ensure on time in full delivery
2.Constantly support and develop his/her direct team by individual development plans.
3.Participant/Facilitate S&OP local consolidation, ensure each relevant functions are aligned on plant feasibility status
4.Drive collaboration with SIP, packing, warehouse, engineering, quality, and other global and local functions
5.Set up new process, ensure processes are followed and constantly search for improvements
6.Set KPI and target, actively search for over-delivery by continue improvement.
7.Support LCI based on management direction.
8.Right balance of direct reports workload.
9.General responsibilities involved with Safety, Health, Environment and Quality
10.Report any kind of incident occurred in Jiaxing, immediately to the responsible authorities. (For example: Immediate supervisor, EHS area, etc.)
11.Follow established guidelines according to the policies for Safety, Health, Environment and Quality governed within the LEGO Group
12.Actively participate in activities related to the topic of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality in the plant. (For example: Training, drills, programs, etc.)
13.Comply with the guidelines established in the processes in Global and Local way to fulfill the requirements of the OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001
14.Deliver on time and schedule the established processes and procedures related to the environmental care, including the correct waste handling and recycling, as well as the correct use of all resources like water and electricity, report any missing material for achieving this processes in the right form, also participate with any continuous improvement ideas focused on the environmental care.
Requirement:
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years production planning management experience in manufacturing company.
EDUCATION: Bachelor degree.
OTHER: SAP knowledge and experience is plus; Proficient in Microsoft office software, especially Excel ; Occasionally travel.
LANGUAGE SKILLS : Frequently; Natural spoken: Chinese.
