职位描述：
1. Integrate the Quality Systems into the PWAF plan by developing, testing, evaluating and investigating various systems installed to ensure satisfactory operation.
 
2. Provide technical expertise in the analysis, development and implementation of new and revised systems and instructional methods.
 
3. Provide guidance and training on program implementation and operation.
 
4. Develop the Quality Information System as it applies to LEC and monitor implementation and operation to ensure desired results are obtained.
 
This job is a staff assignment with no supervisory duties assigned.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:
 
Requires experience in and knowledge of Quality Control and related data processing systems. The incumbent must have good oral and written communication skills and have the ability to develop and conduct presentations and training classes.
