职位描述：

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage database structure and volume, make optimization suggestions, and implement them, monitor and ensure high performance and availability of database, ensure the database security following the global and standard policy.

2． Make sure to meet the SLA requirements

3． Plan and design for database architecture (Oracle and SQL Server):
- Cooperate with develop owner to make good performance design of new database structure.
- Make documentation of database baseline and maintenance.
- Follow global management policy and ensure database security.
- Conduct test according to test plan.

4． Support daily maintenance and management of database (Oracle, MySQL and SQL Server):

- Responsible for database install, configuration, upgrade, export, etc. tasks
- Diagnose and troubleshoot DB performances and scalability issues.
- Make optimization suggestions, communicate with application owner and implement them.
- Monitor and health check for existing database and generate performance reports regularly.
- Handle complex incidents and problems, and provide first level support.
- Design and perform database backup and restore policy. Exercise data disaster recovery regularly
- Set up and maintain database related emergency planning.

5. Overtime work needed.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. Familiar with content of Oracle/SQL Server DB installation, backup /recovery, patch upgrade.
2. Knowledge about mid-and-high-grade storage, RAC, DataGuard.
3. Experience on performance optimization, dual machine fault-tolerant or cluster architecture.
4. Good knowledge about optimization of SQL and store procedure.
5. In-depth knowledge of software and database developing methodology.
6. Project Management & Service management according to ITIL.
7. Bachelor or above, at least 6 years Oracle/SQL Server DBA experience.

8. Working experience & knowledge on one of data warehouse, SAP, 9Star, Netsol systems is a plus. MS or Oracle certificate is an advantage.
9. Capable to cooperate and lead in a diverse environment.
10. Fluent in English reading, writing, listening and talking.

主要职责
1.管理数据库结构和容量，制定优化方案并加以实施，监督和确保数据库的高性能和高可用性，遵循日产全球策略并保证数据库的安全性。

4. 支持数据库的日常维护和管理（Oracle，Mysql和SQL Server）：

- 执行安装、配置、升级，导数等维护工作
- 针对DB的性能和可扩展性的问题进行诊断和故障排除。
- 提出优化建议，与应用管理员沟通，并实施。
- 按时对现有的数据库进行监控及健康检查，并定期给出性能报告。
- 处理复杂的事件和问题，并提供一级支持。
- 设计并执行数据库备份和恢复策略，定期数据灾备恢复演练。
- 建立和维护数据库相关的应急计划。

5. 能够根据需要加班。

相关知识和技能要求
1. 熟悉Oracle/ SQL Server数据库的安装，备份/恢复，补丁升级的内容。
2. Oracle RAC，Data Guard的相关知识。
3. 具有中高档存储设备、双机或集群架构的经验。
4. 熟悉SQL和存储过程性能优化。
5. 非常熟悉软件开发和数据库开发的方法。
6. 按照ITIL规范流程进行项目管理和服务管理。
7. 本科及以上学历，6年以上的Oracle/ SQL Server数据库管理员经验。

8. 有数据仓库、SAP、九恒星、Netsol之一应用系统下相关数据库工作经验的优先，.MS或Oracle证书的优先。
9. 善于合作，环境变换适应能力强
10.流利的英语听说读写能力。
