职位描述：
1. To be in charge of new motor variants design according to projects.
2. To be in charge of existing motor cost/technology improvement continually.
3. To be in charge of motor project pre-scope from technical feasibility, timeline, cost and investment, etc.
4. To be in charge of motor engineering change and system release following standard;
5. To be in charge of motor change and product implementation.
6. To be involved in internal/external relative motor complain tickets.
7. To lead DFMEA & tolerance chain calculation on motor design changes and call meeting to review by platform and function head.
8. To be responsible for competitor analysis on motor from lamination design, material, performance, cost, etc.
9. To be in charge of motor drawings and SAP system related tasks on local projects.
10. Other unplanned assigned projects/tasks.
应聘条件：
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical engineering or motor relevant
2. - Strong theoretical background on asynchronous motor and PM motor;
- Experience in motor design over 5 years;
- PM motor engineering and design experience is preferable.
- Broad knowledge and understanding of primary engineering domains and specialized products/systems as they are applied to varied engineering projects.
- Ability to apply and integrate knowledge of other related engineering areas.
3. Good English skill
4. - Skilled at assessing and making cost and investment trade-off decisions.
- Ability to apply program management principles to the product development cycle, and apply cost accounting principles and methods
- Be familiar with motor production process and motor material performance.
- Experience with comprehensive program and design reviews and/or other customer requirements, industry practices, regulations, and policies.
- Be familiar with 3D and 2D drawing S/W, such as Pro-E, CAD
5. - Have the ability to study, analyse and understand complicated assembly processes.

This business was started in Germany in todays headquarter back in 1956 and has now grown to a 400 million Euro business with 3 additional manufacturing plants, two in Europe and one in Wuqing, China. The factory in Wuqing occupies 33000m2.
