职位描述：
1. Understand and identify with Kids 'R' Kids teaching philosophy as well as the curriculum.
2. Organize the curriculum documents. Make copies, and hand out to the teachers.
3. Collect the shopping lists of teaching materials, and purchase the materials.
4. Observe and evaluate all the classrooms every day.
5. Supervise teachers, and help them to develop their teaching techniques. Conduct demonstration lessons.
6. Help teachers set personal career goals and develop their advantages. Encourage them to make progress.
7. Conduct professional development training.
8. Conduct public service events with the communities.
9. Perform the duties as assigned by the director.
10. Hold meetings with other co-works when the director is absent.
11. Demonstrated proficiency in operating computers and office software.
12. Assist teachers to collect, organize and analyze students' evaluations, and support for children's developments.

Qualifications：
1. Master's degree or above in early childhood education or related majors.
2. Experience in early childhood education.
3. Experience in administration.
4. Demonstrated knowledge of basic teaching philosophy and techniques.
5. Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Demonstrated proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English 举报 分享
