职位描述：
Activities：

- Review and update critical procedures such as POB, emergency response plan, crisis management, BCP at TLC level
- Coordinate with TCI relate to crisis management, serious health, safety, security and environmental affairs
- Obtain company rules from TCI and MSAP HSEQ to do feasibility study, and coordinate plant’s HSE team to implement it
- Collect national HSE regulations to do gap analysis and ensure full compliance
- Consolidate HSE data and carry out the reports of 3 lubricants entities
- Create communication tools to share HSE information and rules with all employee of TLC
- Organize and lunch Road Safety initiatives for CSR-SD program
- In charge of HSE management in Shanghai, Guangzhou & Beijing office
- To lead and take care of office safety guideline, road safety management of work-at-home employees, and make sure safety rules & regulations are applied
- Provide HSE trainings to non-LOBP employee in TLC
- Coordinate with TCI & MSAP to organize HSE projects and complete it in TLC and 3 lubricants entities
- Coordinate plant’s HSE team to set up annual HSE plan and follow-up
- Coordinate plant’s HSE team to implement HSE visit, audit and HSE programs, review and follow-up the all safety audits performed internally and externally in 3 lubricants entities, prepare action plans based on the audit reports and monitor the progress of the action plans at TLC level
- Support 3 lubricants entities to follow corporate HSE rules and national regulations, and evaluate the achievements in the three entities
- Assist HSEQ manager to execute TOTAL HSE rules in transportation activities and monitor the performance of logistic providers for safe operation
- Assist HSEQ manager to organize, guide and participate in incentive plan, milestone celebration to build excellent HSE culture


Qualifications：

- Bachelor degree in chemical or mechanical/electrical engineering, preferable background in safety & environment
- Minimum 3 years experience working as HSEQ management in a production/operation environment
- Knowledge of ISO14000 and OHSAS18000 system standard and China law requirements
- Fluent English needed
- Demonstrate a good capacity for coordination, good planning and organizing skills
- Have analytical skills, anticipation, discernment and responsiveness
- Good problem solving skills and good interpersonal skills
