The candidate should be experienced in electronics or packaging industry customer service and quality-related work. Strong external communication skills required.

Responsibilities
1. Work on all quality related works externally
2. Interface with customer SQE
3. Quality complaints handling
4. Customer interface to translate the customer requirements into effective process control.
5. Lead and identify critical process control points to sustain the product yield and quality.
6. Collaborate with other department to identify and develop actions for improvement opportunities. These should include but not limit to activities leading to operational excellent and customer satisfaction.
7. Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories.
8. Conduct constant quality performance review with customer, identify and develop actions for continuous improvement.
9. Contact points with customers to discuss issues/problems which hinder the internal process/yield/Quality.
10. Manages root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns.
11. Update management team the product quality performance/progress at operational level and from customer perspective
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree and above;
2. Min 8 years working experience in QA field;
3. Knowledge of QC-7tools, PFMEA, AQP, PPAP, 8D and SPC etc. quality tools;
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills
6. Good written and verbal in English, can host conf-call with customer in English.
7. Result orientation, hands on, open minded and able to work under pressure environments
8. Have experience to deal with CE related OEMs. Dealing with Apple customer would be advantages
9. Have experience to support global account.
10. Able to frequent travel within China when necessary
