职位描述：
工作职责+任职要求：
Summary:
Accountable for the effective and timely execution of the maintenance plans (PM/TPM/PDM), ensure its effectiveness and efficiency, analyze PM/PDM related data and perform continuous improvement of the maintenance plans.

Main Responsibilities:
Identify equipment maintenance requirements, related spare parts and safety precautions
Supervise the order of spare parts
Coordinate the resources to perform timely and effectively the PM/PDM plans
Analyze, optimize and update PM (Preventive Maintenance)/PDM (Predictive Maintenance)/TPM (Total Production Maintenance) content and frequencies;
Audit PM related work to ensure it is completion and quality
Maintain accurate PM archive;
Develop and Improve PM Master Job Plan quality in terms of content and measurable standards that ensure reliability and process capability.
Supervise the creation of the PM/PDM/TPM related Work Instructions
Familiar with using PdM Tools (and other methods) to monitor the equipment health condition, and analysis of the trends;
Develop detailed Master Job Plans for critical repairs - creates a library of critical job plans to ensure effective execution of tasks and improve planning efficiency.
Handle complex work requests that require application of basic engineering fundamentals
Use Root Cause Analysis (RCA), PFMEA and other tools to analysis maintenance activities historical info to monitor maintenance performance in terms of maintenance cost, equipment health condition and trend, work performance and efficiency, maintenance schedule accuracy and compliance etc. Follow the defined maintenance business processes and the CMMS system structure (SAP)
Keep records and CMMS data accurate and orderly for high quality histories and usefulness in data analysis
Implement Lean, 7S, TPM activities;

Required Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years working experience, preferable in automotive area
Bachor or above, mechanical, automation engineering or related major are prefered.
General understanding of maintenance plan process;
General understanding on breakdown analysis tools, such as 5M, 8D, RCA;
Strong organizational skills;
Ability to communicate effectively across departments ;
