Job Title Secretary
Department International Residential
Location Shanghai, China
Objective To assist Department Head and Sales Consultants in their daily work. Obtain the knowledge and abilities to grow to a sales consultant in future.
Accountabilities
? Organize paperwork and electronic files, manage projects, arrange meetings, support events and documents preparation, manage contract and Billy, conduct research and communicate through phone, mail and e-mail. You may be responsible for creating spreadsheets, developing presentations or reports, composing correspondence and managing databases. Other duties can include purchasing supplies, managing stockrooms, greeting visitors and handling travel arrangements.
Key Result Areas
? Ability to complete tasks giving by manager, and helpful and supportive to team at all times. Assist manager with any paper work documents required.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
? University qualification in real estate / marketing / economics is preferred
? Proficient in written / verbal English & Mandarin skills
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
? Hard working, mature, stable, Strong ethic self-awareness and a good team player
? Strong IT skills
? Have a strong interest in International Residential
