职位描述：
岗位职责：

 

1 To support R&D engineers on design solutions by collecting application information from jobsite and customer site.

2 To manage prototype development and manufacture, work as primary jobsite technical contact during the manufacturing and testing phase.

3 To work together with Headquarters R&D team and project team to complete technical and product transfer.

4 Liaise with all of Departments of Operations to arrange prototype manufacturing and testing on jobsite and push it to be finished according to project plan.

5 To compile prototype manufacturing and testing reports

6 To provide demonstration and training to customers on company products and application, and answer customers questions on prototype and products.

7 To provide application suggestions and customer requirements to company product development team so as to continuously improve products functions and performance.

8 Other tasks assigned by project manager.

 

任职要求：

Bachelor’s degree in mechanics, engineering, or manufacturing.

Minimum three years’ experience in design, machinery testing application area

Very familiar with NPI and prototype development

Familiar with automotive business, AIAG APQP process, especially for diesel engine

With experience abroad and some capabilities to cooperate with foreigners, preferred

Experience in the design of stainless steel heat exchangers, preferred 举报 分享
